Whether you are on Seller’s Lane or Buyer’s Road we are here to help you. My name is Shelly Reynolds. I work with my mother, Angie Capone. Together we have serviced the Washington County area for over 40 years.
Getting to know us….
Shelly was born in Newport Beach, CA. She moved to the St. George Area in the 3rd grade. She has always had a great heart and wants to help everyone she can. She prides herself in being educated (she has a Master in Education) and loves working with people.
Clients choose to work with Shelly because of her ethics, experience and expertise. She has consistently shown the ability to satisfy clients in buying and selling. She goes overboard in Customer Service and it shows everyday.
Shelly loves the underdog. She loves helping those who dream of one day having a home of their own. She has great resources and team members who help these individuals reach this goal. She will also donate part of her commission to the charity of your choice upon successfully closing any transaction with her.
Angie was born in Glens Falls, NY. She moved to the St. George Area in 1972. She has seen a lot of changes and loves this area. Her late husband and her opened up a donut shop in 1974. The locals still talk about the great donuts and how this was a place to hang out. Angie loves talking and getting to know people. After they sold the donut shop in 1984, she went into Real Estate. She has accomplished many awards over the years, but her favorite award was the RED SHOE AWARD while working with Keller Williams. This award goes to the agent who exemplifies the Keller Williams culture. “She does the right thing in her personal and professional endeavors, and donates countless hours to help people in the community”, is what her fellow agents said about her when they nominated her.
Angie loves her community and does everything she can to help anybody out.
